Blood Orange Smoothie

Blood oranges have the highest amount of Vitamin C than any other citrus fruit. There are many benefits of eating blood oranges such as cancer and diabetes prevention, hair loss, and so much more.

 

Ingredients

2 small blood oranges, peeled and sliced

1 cup of frozen strawberries

1 small frozen banana

1 handful of spinach

2 cups of water
